P90x diet: I tried it and get the body I want

As I have been discussing in my previous blog about P90x exercise program helping me and my friends, in this blog, I will be discussing about one of the major part of P90x program and that is P90x diet. P90x diet is not just any diet; it is an integral part of P90x exercise program. So, with P90x program, I started following P90x diet included in that.

I follow all the three phases as per the schedule; I took high proteins and eliminate carbohydrates from my diet, then take complex carbohydrates, in third phase I had to take more carbohydrates. I drank a lot of water during all the phases which leads to building of a good and beautiful body.

During all the phases, I used to choose my diet; this is because there were always some options available for that. P90x diet not just fulfill my body needs of nutrients after doing P90x exercises but it also help to keep my body needs fulfilled. As a growing person, I really need to take proper nutritional diet and P90x fulfill my these needs.

While following P90x program I took lean meat, eggs , low fat milk, cheese, peanut, butter, flax seeds, fresh fruits and vegetables, dried fruits, wholegrain bread, pasta, soy nuts, mustard, salsa, protein bars and fat free salad dressings. This all was really tough to take, but when your health and body is at stake you have to take it. So I take these so as to make my body nice and it really helps me a lot.
My evening snack is a protein shake, although it not very tasty but still I am taking it and it has a huge role in completion of this diet. With this diet plan, I lose a lot of weight and now leading a healthy lifestyle!
